Personalised Training

 

The Whiteboard programme is our everyday GPP programme. Each day will focus on an element of Conditioning, Strength or Skill and will include a WOD (workout of the day). This programme requires you to have access to a gym, which includes a rig, barbells and plates, dumbbells, kettlebells, and CV equipment such as rowers, ski machines and bikes.

 

 

The HYROX programme is our HYROX race preparation programme and focuses on all aspects of what you’ll find in a HYROX event. This programme utilises running, rowing and skiing as well as focused sessions to develop sled performance. Each zone in a race will be covered through this programme.

The HYROX Daily programme is our everyday programme, for those that don’t really have the intention of racing but want all the results from what HYROX brings. This programme can be done in most gyms around the world and only requires that you have access to the equipment you’d need in a race environment. It’s a fun programme without having to focus on preparing for an upcoming event. 

 

 

The Build programme is our developmental strength programme. Here you will focus on pushing, pulling, and lower-body strength. You’ll also add accessory into each session to assist in building muscle. This programme requires you to have access to a gym that also has cable machines such as the lat-pulldown, leg-extension, leg-press and cable machines such as crossovers and

The Engine programme is designed to specifically develop your cardiovascular fitness. This programme requires that you have access to rowers, bikes, ski machines, have space to run or treadmills and will use met-cons to hit your conditioning goals.

 

 

The lift programme concentrates entirely on the development of the Snatch and Clean and Jerk. Alongside some skilful accessory drills, the focus here is on improvement. If Olympic Weightlifting is your subject, then this is the programme for you.

 

 

The skill programme concentrates on the development of 3 major gymnastic skills. The pull-up, handstand press-up, and the toes-to-bar. If you want to improve those skills be sure to select this one.

 

 

Our athlete programme, is a programme that covers all of the above and is designed to help prepare you for functional fitness competitions. The Athlete programme requires you to complete 2 sessions per day and is our most advanced programme.

 

 

At MHSC, we understand that each client is unique and has their own goals. Our programmes are personalised to the individual to support your specific requirements and needs. Our programmes ae designed to be flexible and convenient whilst being easy to access, and you’ll be able to workout in any gym at any time.
